The mobile museum of John Paul II arrived to Munich and was staying there for two days.  On Saturday, October 13, 2012 it stayed in the center of the city, on Odeonsplatz in front of Theatinerkirche, and on Sunday, October 14, 2012, it could have been found in front of the St. Joseph Church, on Josephsplatzau.  The mobilized museum of John Paul II was created by the John Paul II Centre in Krakow by the initiative of Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz.  The museum contains personal items of the Holy Father John Paul II, his liturgical vestments, pictures and films.  The mobile museum was invited by the John Paul II Foundation Chapter in Munich by the Polish Catholic Mission to enrich the celebrations of the XII Pope’s Day, which were held on Sunday, October 14, 2012 in the St. Joseph Church.  It provided a chance to learn more about the Blessed John Paul II and his teachings at the beginning of the Year of Faith.

Per iniziativa del Centro di Documentazione e di Studio del Pontificato di Roma è uscito sul mercato editoriale in Polonia l’ottavo tomo della serie “Giovanni Paolo II. Bibliografia polacca”, che comprende la letteratura del 1996.

Il libro pubblicato è la continuazione della serie in creazione da oltre trent’anni, che costituisce un registro accurato dei documenti e degli interventi di Giovanni Paolo II, come pure dei lavori riguardanti la sua persona, il magistero e il pontificato editi sul territorio polacco. La bibliografia è divisa in due parti: per soggetto e per oggetto. Le autrici Danuta Gułajewska e Zofia Wilińska finora hanno elaborato un registro di oltre 34.000 voci editoriali in otto tomi di bibliografia..

From the 16^th to 19^th of October 2012, Father Krzysztof Wieliczko accompanied by our Counsellor, Richard Krzyzanowski, made a long postponed trip to visit a group of Friends of our Foundation in Mexico.  Our group of friends consists of high-placed individuals from very prominent families in Mexico City, known for their charitable, church related activities and religious philanthropy.  We are very pleased that they are also ardent followers of our late Blessed Pope John Paul II – our Founder.  We visited them at their homes and various places of worship, particularly the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadeloupe where Father Krzysztof celebrated a Mass for us.  It was an awesome and inspiring moment of our visit.  Next to the Shrine, the Mexican people built a magnificent monument to Blessed John Paul II – a testimony of the mutual love and affection of the Mexican people for the late Blessed John Paul II.
